SAFAR Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for shopping with SAFAR! Some of our products are available for pre-order, allowing you to secure your favourite items before they arrive. Please read the following information before placing your order.

• Pre-Orders and Payment
  Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase. Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your pre-order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Estimated Delivery Times
  Each pre-order product will display its estimated dispatch timeframe on its product page. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery dates may change due to supplier availability, international shipping or customs clearance. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated estimated dispatch date and your available options.
• Orders Containing Ready-Stock Items
  If your order contains both ready-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once your pre-order items have arrived. If you would like your ready-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
• Changes and Cancellations
  If you need to amend or cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the status of your order. If we cannot fulfil your pre-order or there is a significant delay, you may choose to wait for the item or request a refund for the affected item.
• Shipping and Order Updates
  Once all items in your order are ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where applicable.
