The Key, the Olive Tree & the Nakba is a touching Islamic children’s book filled with colorful illustrations and a heartfelt story about family, history, and the place we call home.

Join Hamzah and Maryam on their visit to Amman, Jordan, where they meet Reem and her grandmother. They are excited to learn about Palestine and the beautiful house with a swing beneath the olive tree. But as they discover more about the family’s story, they begin to wonder: What is the Nakba?

Told in a child-friendly way, this educational story introduces young readers to the modern history of Palestine while exploring themes of family, belonging, remembrance, and hope.

This book is also a story about giving. All proceeds go to charity, so by bringing this book into your home, you’re not only sharing a meaningful story with your children but also helping support the people of Palestine.

A beautiful way to teach young children about kindness, generosity, and the difference we can make by helping others.

Palestine, you are always in our duas.
